About this house rental
This modern villa boasts an exceptional location surrounded by nature and other villas, yet close to the beaches of Sitges and Vilanova i la Geltrú. Ideal for families of up to five people, it's the perfect choice for a holiday on the Costa Dorada.
The property features two spacious double bedrooms, one with a single bed that converts into a sofa bed. Upstairs, there's a bright and elegant living/dining room with a TV and spectacular views of the pool and mountains. The villa offers a well-equipped open-plan kitchen with all necessary utensils and a dishwasher. Pets are welcome.
There are two bathrooms, one of which includes a two-person whirlpool tub.
Note: A late check-in fee of 15 Euro per hour applies after 11:00 PM.
For reasons of tranquillity, this holiday home will not be rented to groups of youngsters Reservations for groups of persons under 30 years of age are not permitted It is strictly forbidden to organise any student party, bachelor party or drinking party in this house Adults only - minimum age of guests 30 y.o. Between 22:00 - 10:00 and 22:00 - 10:00, guests are kindly requested to respect peace and limit any noises Please be aware that events, commercial activities, or parties are not permitted on the premises, ensuring a serene and enjoyable stay for all guests.
