The living room is equipped with a comfortable sofa, a TV with German channels, as well as a CD/Blu-ray player and radio for entertainment. The fully equipped kitchen includes a stove with four burners, an oven, a range hood, a fridge-freezer combination, a dishwasher, a microwave, and a coffee machine. One bathroom, accessible via one of the bedrooms, has a WC and shower, while the second bathroom features a WC and washbasin. The house is electrically heated. Guests should note that bed linens, towels, and cleaning supplies are not provided. Additionally, a rowing boat is included but must be transported to a nearby lake, where launching points are available. Shared bicycles, between 6 and 8 depending on availability, can be used free of charge.
