The space
Thanks to our proximity to Clear Lake and the peaceful pond right in our backyard, we often get delightful visits from our local wildlife friends. You might spot turtles, frogs, raccoons, owls, garden snakes, and many other wonderful creatures stopping by.
While it’s part of the charm of staying here, we recommend never leaving young children or small dogs unsupervised in the fenced in backyard. Please also stay mindful of birds of prey that may fly through the area.
This is Florida at its best!
We hope you enjoy this little slice of nature during your stay!
Guest access
The entire house is available for you to use.
Other things to note
What's near the home: (travel times are dependent on day/time traffic patterns)
Downtown Orlando: 4 miles local road
Camping World Stadium (previously Citrus bowl): 1.3 miles in car/20-30 minute walk
Kia Center (Previously Amway Center), Dr. Phillips Center for Performing Arts: ~2.7 miles. You may need to take Gore St or the back streets to avoid Camping World Stadium event street closures.
Universal Studios/Islands of Adventure/City Walk: 8 miles
SeaWorld: 12.8 miles
Disney Area: ~16 miles/travel times vary widely due to high tourist area. I would plan for at least 40 minutes.
- **Absolutely no parties, events, or large gatherings.** This is a quiet residential neighborhood — please respect our neighbors’ peace and privacy at all times.
- **Quiet hours:** 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM. Excessive noise (including loud music, shouting, or gatherings on the porch/driveway) is not permitted.
- **Absolutely no smoking** (inside or outside on the property). Violations will result in additional cleaning fees.
- **No illegal substances or disruptive behavior.
- On event days (concerts, football games, etc.), expect increased traffic and activity in the surrounding streets.
- Please be mindful of parking. Avoid blocking neighbors’ driveways or parking in restricted zones, as towing is common during big events.
- Bring earplugs if you’re sensitive to occasional stadium/event noise.
- Trash and recycling must be properly bagged and placed in the bins in the carport. Extra trash fees may apply.
We want you to enjoy your stay, but ask that you treat this home and neighborhood with respect so everyone can have a great experience. Thank you!
