We very much enjoyed our 5 days in Park City, and our stay at the empire house. It is literally just across the main parking lot from the Park City village.
The condo is reasonably equipped, and had a good supply of the basic essentials such as soap, shampoo, Kleenex, TP, paper towels, laundry detergent, etc. Much appreciated.
We really appreciated the underground parking, especially considering the amount of snow that fell during our stay.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Empire House. The location is perfect and the property was just as advertised.

The dishwasher doesn’t really clean the dishes. It’s frustrating to have to hand wash dishes as you pull them out from the cabinets. We had to wash everything we used by hand. After running the dishwasher from the load of dirty dishes we found in the cabinets…they were still dirty. Management said they would refund the cleaning fee but unfortunately the check is in the mail. We’ve never received it back. King bed was really comfortable and the Murphy bed (they said it’s a queen seemed small to me). It was also very comfortable too. Do not expect to use the pull out couch. You can feel every spring! Great spot for those who want to not use the kitchen or sleep on the pull out bed. I’d say fits a family of 3 perfectly. Who also wants to eat out and drink bottled water.
Carpet is also really dingy but we are use to a home that doesn’t wear shoes in the house so my expectations might be to high for a rental.
