THE GROUND FLOOR
Living, dining and the kitchen run together and open straight out to the alfresco, the pool and the lawn. The island is long enough to work at while people are eating at it, and the butler's pantry behind takes the mess for a house this size. There is a guest bedroom on this level for anyone who would rather not take the stairs.
OUTSIDE
The covered alfresco carries the barbecue and the bar and sits between the kitchen and the pool, so nobody is walking food across the lawn. The lawn runs down to the water and the kitchen looks out over the whole of it. A cubby house and a trampoline sit out on the grass, and there is an outdoor shower in the side yard for rinsing off after the pool or the water.
UPSTAIRS
A second living area sits at the top of the stairs, away from the main room, and there is a separate media room again. Three living spaces is what makes eleven people workable. A film can be running in one room while dinner happens in another.
THE BEDROOMS
The main bedroom takes a king and holds its own sitting area, a walk-in robe and an ensuite. Two more take queens. The remaining rooms carry the five singles, which is what makes this a house for two families rather than one.

Three bathrooms between eleven people. A separate laundry, and a study nook off the hallway for anyone who has to work.

The whole house is yours: five bedrooms, three bathrooms, both living areas, the media room, the kitchen, the alfresco, the private pool, the outdoor shower and the lawn down to the water.
Upstairs the main bedroom takes a king and has its own ensuite and walk-in robe. A queen room, a single room and a bunk room with four singles share the second full bathroom, which has a bath. Downstairs there is a second queen room beside a powder room with a walk-in shower.
The garage stays locked for the owner and is not included in the letting.

The Neighborhood:
Robina sits inland from Burleigh, built around a network of canals and lakes, and the house backs onto the water with the lawn between. Robina Town Centre is a few minutes away for shopping and dinner, and Cbus Super Stadium is in the same pocket. The beaches at Burleigh Heads and Miami are a short drive east, and the hinterland is the other way.
Getting Around:
You will want a car at Whitesands. Park on the street directly out the front, not in the garage. Robina railway station runs the line north to Brisbane, and the M1 is at the edge of the suburb for the beaches, Surfers Paradise and the airport south.

Whitesands is professionally managed by Aryve, with a focus on presentation, guest experience and respectful use of the residence.
This is a private waterfront home in a residential setting, best suited to families and guests seeking a calm, premium Gold Coast stay.
Parties, events, excessive noise and disruptive behaviour are not permitted.
Guests are asked to respect the residence, neighbours, waterfront setting, pool area and outdoor spaces at all times.
Children must be supervised around the pool, waterfront, trampoline and outdoor areas.
Any outdoor features, including the BBQ/bar area, cubby house, trampoline and pool, must be used responsibly and in line with property instructions.
The garage is locked and is not available to guests. Parking is on the street out the front.
Security and monitoring, disclosed in full. There are external security cameras at the property, covering the outside approaches only. There are no cameras inside the home. The residence is also fitted with Minut noise monitoring, which measures sound level only and records no audio.
