Verde is a fully redesigned Mid-Century Modern bungalow in Highland Park, one of LA's most creative neighborhoods. Arrive through the original 130 year old doors and settle into a space that was designed to actually feel like somewhere.
-The Space-
The open living, dining, and kitchen area is where Verde makes its first impression. Two azure MCM sofas, olive velvet drapes, a Sputnik chandelier, and a record player* set the tone. The 85" Smart TV and champagne gold arc floor lamp handle evenings. The kitchen is the standout — floor-to-ceiling olive cabinetry, waterfall white quartz peninsula, globe pendants, LED floating shelves, full gas range, and a Nespresso station with milk frother.

-The Bedrooms-
Three bedrooms sleep 6 adults and 2 children comfortably, each with individual mini-split climate control and hotel-quality linens.
The Cal King primary features original abstract artwork and dark walnut furniture throughout.
The Queen suite is calm and monochromatic with white textured art, a fluted pendant light, cream shag rug, and a single terracotta throw at the foot of the bed.
The Family Bedroom offers a King bed plus twin bunks — ideal for families or mixed groups.

Handmade teal tile, champagne gold rain shower and soaking tub, arched gold mirror, and pebble mosaic floor. Toiletries are paraben free with natural scents. It photographs well and functions even better.

A fully enclosed private backyard with a terracotta shade sail, outdoor seating, and a cornhole set. Warm evenings in LA are made for this space.

Highland Park puts you within walking distance of some of LA's best independent restaurants and bars on York and Figueroa. Dodger Stadium is 9-15 minutes away depending on traffic. Silver Lake, Pasadena, and Downtown LA are all within 15 minutes. LAX is 30 minutes with no traffic.
