The Space:

Accessible on foot through the alleys of the village, the residence welcomes guests with an independent entrance framed by a splendid bougainvillea. The first level reveals a fully equipped kitchen opening onto the dining room—complete with a single sofa bed—and the bathroom with shower; outside, the private patio promises sweet moments of relaxation in the tranquility of the village. Upstairs, the master bedroom is a bright sanctuary complete with a TV, a study corner, a single bed, and a small balcony overlooking the distant landscape.

Immersed in an atmosphere suspended in time, the medieval village of Torrazza is an oasis of absolute peace and authenticity, where the silence is broken only by the sounds of nature. This pristine soul, protective of its own quiet, means there are no shops, bars, or restaurants within the village. For a breakfast out, a traditional dinner, or any daily needs, a short 5-minute drive is all it takes to reach the center of Imperia and its beaches, perfectly blending the charm of a timeless retreat with ultimate convenience.



Getting Around:

Free street parking is available, kindly ensuring access for local residents. For those who prefer a reserved spot, a private paid parking is available with limited spaces, bookable by contacting the host directly.



Other Things to Note:

To ensure a pleasant experience for everyone, we kindly ask you to respect a few simple house rules. Check-in is available from 3:00 PM onwards, while check-out must be completed by 11:00 AM, leaving the keys inside the keybox.

The apartment is located in a quiet, residential setting. For this reason, we ask you to maintain a respectful volume and avoid excessive noise, loud music, or disturbances between 10:30 PM and 7:30 AM, both inside the house and in the outdoor areas. Parties or private events are strictly prohibited.

We kindly ask you to take care of the rooms, furnishings, and items within the apartment just as you would in your own home. Instruction manuals for each appliance are provided to make your stay easier. In the event of any minor issues or accidental damage, please simply let us know promptly. For safety and organizational reasons, hosting extra guests who are not registered in the booking is not permitted.

Smoking is strictly forbidden inside the apartment; however, smoking is permitted in the outdoor areas using the designated ashtrays.

Prior to your departure, we kindly ask you not to leave perishable food in the refrigerator, to close all doors and windows, and to turn off all lights and appliances. Finally, to avoid any plumbing inconveniences, please do not flush items other than toilet paper down the toilet.

To ensure a seamless welcome and facilitate communication, guests are kindly required to use WhatsApp. You will be contacted a few days prior to your arrival to finalize your booking details and receive all the necessary check-in and access information.
