Misty Bay House in Bodega Bay

Open-plan main floor with vaulted cedar ceilings; living room, kitchen, and dining all face the bay. The dining table seats 6 and extends to 8. Sleeping: a king master, two queen bedrooms, plus a movie room (two king futons + pull-out couch) and a living-room pull-out for overflow. The movie room downstairs has a 4K projector, 10-ft screen, and surround sound. Home gym with dumbbells, barbells, and a power rack. Salt-water hot tub on the deck, facing the water.



The entire property is yours, with no shared spaces and no other guests: the full kitchen, the deck and hot tub, the movie room, the home gym, and all three bedrooms. There's also a 2-person kayak you're welcome to use, launched from the bay across the road. A few owner cabinets and closets are kept locked for personal storage; everything else is open for you.



We're reachable by message anytime through Airbnb and respond quickly, and we have a local contact nearby if anything comes up during your stay. Otherwise we'll give you your space. Check yourself in with the keyless smart lock and settle in. The smart-home lighting and climate are simple to use, and we're glad to walk you through anything.



Central heating for cool, foggy coastal mornings, and the hot tub stays heated and ready. Fast 400 Mbps internet handles streaming and video calls for the whole house. Quiet hours are 9pm-7am; this is a residential street, so no parties or events. We have two small dogs who live here between stays. The home is thoroughly cleaned, but we want to flag it for anyone with allergies. Pets welcome with a pet fee. EV charging available as a paid add-on.
