On the second floor with a lift, Magnolia welcomes you with a bright and well-kept space, warm beige and black tones throughout. The living area flows into a fully equipped kitchenette with oven and fridge — everything you need to feel right at home. The bathroom features a bathtub, perfect for unwinding after a day at the beach. The bedroom comfortably fits a double bed and a single bed. Outside, the spacious terrace is just the spot for a slow breakfast or a relaxed lunch in the open air.
Guest Access:
The apartment is located in a building right at the entrance of the underpass leading to the seafront, easy to spot and reach. A lift is available to get to the second floor.
The Neighborhood:
Just a short walk from the apartment you’ll find a supermarket, pharmacy, laundrette, handy for longer stays, bars, restaurants and the town square hosting the weekly market. For those arriving by car, parking is easy to find on the surrounding streets.
Getting Around:
The train station is just a short walk away, as are the local bus stops. For everything else, Borghetto Santo Spirito is easily explored on foot: the sea, the town centre and all amenities are within easy reach, thanks to the apartment’s great location.

Should any minor issues or accidental damage occur, please let us know as soon as possible.
For organisational and safety reasons, hosting additional guests not included in the booking is not permitted.
Smoking inside the apartment is not allowed; smoking is permitted in the outdoor spaces, using the ashtrays provided.
Before checking out, please make sure not to leave perishable food in the fridge, and to close all doors and windows and switch off lights and appliances.
