The maisonette apartments feature 70 m², 2 bedrooms each with either 1 double bed or 1 double bed and 2 single beds, a fully equipped kitchen with dining area, a living room with seating area and television, a bathroom with shower, washbasin, and WC, as well as a balcony of 11–13 m².
The maisonette apartments are all located in the attic.
