We booked our room the night before. When we arrived we waited over 15 minutes before we got a hold of Amy one to check-in. We then waited another 20 minutes for someone to arrive to check us in. Despite being told the hotel had 24 hour check-in, due the the time we had to wait for someone to answer and arrive, we were told our reservation was automatically cancelled (10 min before anyone showed up) and marked as a no show. We then we on the phone with management for 30 min only to be hung up on. We had to find another hotel over 35 min away from our original location. Do not stay here

I had a great stay here, especially for the price. The room was clean, the AC worked really well, and having a private bathroom was a huge plus. The hotel was easy to access, and the staff were incredibly welcoming and friendly from check-in to check-out. Overall, it was a comfortable stay and excellent value for the money. I would definitely stay here again!

Nobody was answering the phone, took about 1h to get access to the room.
Booked a double bed, got a bunked bed room.
Bathroom amenities were in the bedroom only, nothing in the toilet which was annoying
Comon areas were outdated and would need a solid paint refresh
Only 1 fridge was working so the other was smelling bad.
Freezer of fridge did not work and my stuff thawed fast
