About this apartment rental
Behind its distinctive warehouse façade, this townhouse pairs dramatic industrial architecture with thoughtfully styled interiors, where expansive glazing, curated artwork, greenery and warm furnishings create a bright, inviting balance to its bold aesthetic.
The living area invites you to switch off with a book from the home's extensive collection, enjoy music through the sound system, challenge your companions to a friendly game using the provided mini golf set or settle in for a movie. Split-system air conditioning and heating keep the space comfortable year-round. Beneath the soaring ceiling, the dining area pairs a timber table with bench seating, creating an ideal setting for group meals.
The kitchen is well-equipped with a Nespresso coffee machine, gas cooktop, oven, microwave, refrigerator, and all the essentials for cooking at home. The rooftop deck extends the living space outdoors with separate lounge and alfresco dining areas, creating a private setting for morning coffee or dinner under the open sky.
Two separate loft-style bedrooms embrace the home's open design, where abundant natural light and indoor greenery bring warmth to each space. The primary bedroom features a king bed with direct access to the rooftop deck, while the second bedroom offers a queen bed and a workspace for guests balancing work and travel. A contemporary bathroom with a walk-in shower is stocked with quality essentials, while the private laundry with a washing machine adds convenience to longer stays. On-site parking is available for one vehicle in the carport.
Please note: This home features two open loft-style bedrooms with limited acoustic privacy between them. Privacy screens help separate the spaces visually, but guests will still be able to hear one another. The staircase does not have a handrail, making the home unsuitable for children. The bedroom blinds allow some natural light, so the home may not suit guests who prefer complete darkness when sleeping. As this is a converted warehouse, some high and hard-to-reach areas may naturally collect dust despite our thorough cleaning.
During your stay, you and your group will have the entire apartment to yourselves. Please make yourselves at home!
Brunswick is one of Melbourne's most vibrant inner-city neighbourhoods, where trendy cafés, buzzing bars and an eclectic dining scene mingle with galleries, live music venues and creative spaces around every corner. Just a short stroll from your stay, Lygon Street beckons with local favourites, savour tacos and margaritas at CDMX Brunswick East, slip into an izakaya evening at Kumo Izakaya, or settle in for Italian classics at Figlia and Zia Teresa.
Nearby Sydney Road adds even more character to the neighbourhood, its Mediterranean grocers, Middle Eastern eateries, boutique shops and lively pubs telling the story of Brunswick's rich multicultural heritage. When you're after a slower pace, wander the leafy paths of CERES Community Environment Park, lose an afternoon browsing local bookstores and homewares shops, or spread out a picnic blanket at nearby Jones Park.
The nearest tram stop is just a three-minute walk away, making it easy to reach Melbourne's CBD, Fitzroy, Carlton and beyond.
Due to local regulations, we can happily host you for up to 90 nights. Any bookings that exceed this duration will be cancelled by Vrbo.
