Summary:

Live in the heart of Gainesville! Directly next to UF and an easy 1 mile drive to Shands. With close proximity to restaurants (adjacent to the Swamp), cafes, shops, and any other local hot spots, this modern two-bedroom townhouse is the perfect retreat for a 2 night visit or multi-month stay.



Please note that the photos pictured are for Townhome 2. This townhome will be prepared and designed to a similar standard.



The Space:

Get the true home base you deserve. On the first floor, the comfortable living room with plush seating, a large 75-inch smart TV, and a Murphy bed (hidden elegantly in the cabinet by the dining table) and flows seamlessly into the kitchen and dining area. With quartz countertops and a fully stocked setup for home cooking, the space is designed to provide the comfort and functionality of your own home throughout your stay.



Upstairs, the two-bedroom setup features a king bed (Helix Midnight Luxe) and a queen bed (Casper Original), offering premium comfort and flexibility for roommates, families, or traveling professionals. Each bedroom also has its own smart TV (65- in the Queen bedroom and 50-inch in the king bedroom) and full bathroom (the king bedroom has a bathtub while the Queen bedroom has a shower), so everyone can unwind on their own schedule. If you're working remotely or studying, you'll love the dedicated workspace with a spacious office desk and monitor located in the Queen Bedroom.



All art pieces (except for the map and flower print in the King bedroom) found throughout the house are by local Gainesville artists and were procured from the Artisan's Guild Gallery.



Guest Access:

You'll have full access to your townhouse unit, including a private, step-free, accessible entrance from the parking lot and the street. You'll enjoy a living room with a hidden Murphy bed, a half bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen, and a dining area perfect for connecting over a shared meal.



Upstairs, you'll have access to two private bedrooms, each with its own full bathroom and smart TV. Enjoy amenities like high-speed Wi-Fi (around 900 mbps), central air conditioning, an in-unit washer and dryer, and complimentary parking (for the first vehicle, additional vehicle spaces are subject to availability and additional fees) conveniently located right outside your door.



The Neighborhood:

Located just off University Avenue in Gainesville, this townhouse offers an unbeatable location adjacent to the UF campus and only about one mile from UF Health Shands. The townhome is located adjacent to the Swamp (where you can hear its liveliness from the parking lot, but not at all on the inside). It is also within walking distance of other cafes, restaurants, and nightlife. The area seamlessly blends residential side streets with an urban feel, creating a bike-friendly, walkable terrain. We’ve curated the space to ensure convenience and easy daily living for our guests, even during the busiest UF event weekends. It's an ideal choice for travel nurses, visiting faculty, traveling professionals, families, and anyone visiting the University of Florida.



Ben Hill Griffin Stadium is about a 15 minute walk on game day. The O'Dome is about a 20 minute walk. Times vary based on walking speed.



Getting Around:

You have easy access to everything you could need in Gainesville. The location is incredibly walkable, and you'll also have easy access to your car right outside the parking lot door. See Gainesville’s RTS local bus routes for convenient public transit.

Please note that the photos shown are of our second unit. While minor details and furnishings may vary slightly between units, each is maintained to the same high standard and overall guest experience.



This is a strict non-smoking property. Smoking within the unit will automatically result in a fine.



Baby equipment is available for rent. Please message after booking so that we can connect you to a trusted provider from BabyQuip.



Guests are allowed one pet under 40 pounds, given prior approval and fees.

Please be aware that this is a pet-friendly property, including cats. The property is thoroughly cleaned after each stay.



The complex should be generally quiet after 10 P.M. If there are late parties or noise disturbances, please report them to me.



YouTube TV is provided, as well as login to preferred apps.



Hairdryers are under the sink in the bedroom bathrooms.



We provide Beekman shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, and a body bar.



Iron, ironing board, broom, and dustpan are in-unit (located currently in the closet.



The first-aid kit and fire extinguisher are under the kitchen sink.



Emergency exits are the front and back doors downstairs. Call 911 in an emergency.



Interaction with Guests:

You will not see me, but I am readily available and respond as quickly as possible.



We are always available for you via the app, email, or SMS. We do not greet our guests in person, but we have a team ready to respond on-site if needed.



For extended stays, our cleaning team may provide a complimentary mid-stay or monthly cleaning, subject to scheduling availability. You are able to request additional cleanings subject to cleaning fees.
