About this house rental
Secluded forest oasis near world class golf, some of the world’s best skiing and minutes from downtown SLC.
This home is tucked in the mountains of North Salt Lake with on over 4 acres of private land to explore and enjoy.
Walking distance Wild Rose Hiking Trail and Wild Rose Loop biking trail and expansive trails connected.
Enjoy a private infrared sauna, hot tub, indoor basketball court and dedicated sleep and work space.

Here is the Bed layout.
2nd story, (up one flight of stairs) the master bed and bath with 1 king bed. (plenty of floor room for littles if they want to sleep in mom and dad`s room)
Main level: 1 queen bed in a private bedroom. Connected by a jack n jill bathroom to the second private bedroom with 3 twin beds, not bunks. 2 twins and one with a trundle underneath if desired to be used.
Basement level: 1st private bedroom with a king bed. Jack n Jill connecting bathroom to the second private basement bedroom/bunk room consisting of: 2 top twin bunks, a full bed, and a trundle under the full bed.
Chefs Kitchen.
Salt Water Hot Tub with mountain views and incredible star gazing.
`Sunlighten` brand Far Infrared Sauna with Near, mid, and far infrared heating low EMF and incredible and enjoyable benefits or relaxation.
Basketball court/gym with secret entrance slide from the top level to the basement.
Exercise equipment and play equipment.
Ample outdoor space with 2 fire pits, one gas and one traditional. Playground equipment and peaceful outdoor loveliness.
Quiet time from 11 pm to 7 am.
NO parties or late night loud noises.
Do not park near the driveways of any of the adjacent neighbors.
In the winter, when it snows, there is no street parking allowed. You may be ticked if you leave a car on the street when it snows as it makes cleaning the roads more difficult for city snow removal.
Parking at the property: please park in the garages as much as possible. There is a two car and one car garage that will be available with the listing.
If you need additional parking, there is ample driveway parking.
The parking pad to the left of the house, next to the garages is open parking. Please park near one edge or the other to allow for access and additional parking.
If you have additional cars that need to park on the driveway you can instruct others to park in front of garages if you know who`s cars are in the garage and can coordinate in and out.
If you need to park down the driveway, please park to the right of the driveway in tandem to allow full access in and out of the entire driveway.
