Located in a quiet gated community, on a quiet cul-de-sac, just minutes from Historic Granbury Square, it’s ideal for family vacations, fishing trips, romantic getaways, or weekends with friends. Enjoy exclusive access to our semi-private Lakeside Trail, where you can take in peaceful lake views, fish, sip morning coffee, or watch unforgettable Texas sunsets.

Step into a brand-new custom home designed for comfort and relaxation. The open-concept living area features comfortable leather seating, a Smart TV, and plenty of natural light. The fully equipped kitchen includes modern appliances, cookware, dishes, and a spacious island perfect for gathering.

Three thoughtfully furnished bedrooms offer comfortable beds and quality linens (the master features an adjustable bed), while two full bathrooms provide fresh towels and essentials. Enjoy our spa-inspired bath collection Island Tranquility in the refreshing Green Tea & Lemongrass scent. This vegan, cruelty-free formula is free of sulfates and parabens, leaving your skin and hair feeling clean, soft, and refreshed.

Outside, enjoy a private gated backyard with an oversized swing, and easy access to the beautifully lit Lakeside Trail leading to the shared lake recreation area. A two-car garage features a gaming area, driveway parking for up to 4 vehicles, high-speed Wi-Fi, and in-home laundry with oversized laundry room complete your stay.

Our home comfortably sleeps 6 people and we ask that no more than 8 stay over night. It is recommend to bring an air mattress, extra linens & pillows if there are 8 guests. We do not provide extra. Please check out our other listing “The Retreat” ;located next door) for larger group stays.

Guests have exclusive access to the entire home, including all three bedrooms, two full bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen, living room, dining area, laundry room, private backyard, two-car garage featuring pool tables, and driveway parking. Guests are also welcome to enjoy the semi-private, illuminated Lakeside Trail leading to the shared lakeside recreation area. Please note that any locked owner’s closets or utility areas are reserved for host use only.

Our goal is to provide a clean, comfortable, and relaxing getaway for every guest. Please note that this is a quiet residential neighborhood, so we ask that all guests respect our neighbors by observing quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM. No parties or events are permitted.

The private, illuminated Lakeside Trail leads to a shared lakeside recreation area for guests to enjoy. Swimming, fishing, and outdoor activities are at your own risk, and children should always be supervised near the water.
