Tucked in a quiet neighborhood, it is an oasis within the bed and breakfast district.
Make it your home if you come to a Gator game, for business, graduation, or just passing by.

The Space:
This space is a 1920s Craftsman home with original floors, windows and plaster walls.
There are two bedrooms with king beds, and a full bathroom that connects them. The sofa sleeper can accommodate two extra guests.
A quaint kitchen with rustic touches and a live edge bar. There is a gas stove and it’s fully equipped with silverware, plates, mugs, pots and pans. You can also find condiments, coffee and tea.
The cozy backyard is great to see woodpeckers, hawks and owls as you sit by the fire place or under the shade of pine trees on the hammock. You can even have the outdoor shower experience!
There is an inspiring book selection, board games, TV, and a couple of new yoga mats in case you’re in the mood ;)
There is a screened in back porch porch with a ceiling fan to enjoy some of those Florida days. The front porch is another spot where you can relax and hangout.
The author of most art pieces in the house is Evan Larkin, the owner of the house. The window pieces in the bedrooms, however, are created by Jonathan Mays, a local artist.

Guests can use all spaces. Living room, kitchen, front porch, back yard, laundry facilities.
