Once Upon a Minion is located inside Veranda Palms, a gated vacation community in Kissimmee.

🚗 PARKING



Complimentary driveway parking is available for approximately 3–4 vehicles, depending on vehicle size.



Large SUVs, trucks or oversized vehicles may reduce the number of vehicles that safely fit.



Parking rules include:



• All vehicles must remain fully within the driveway

• Tires may not rest on grass or landscaping

• Sidewalks may not be blocked

• Street parking is prohibited

• Parking on grass is prohibited

• Commercial vehicles are not permitted

• RVs, trailers and buses are not permitted

• Golf carts are not permitted

• Boats and watercraft are not permitted



Vehicles that violate community rules may be ticketed or towed at the guest’s expense.



🏊 POOL & SPA HEATING



Optional pool and spa heating is available for:



$49 per night



The service should be requested at least 48 hours before arrival and must be added for the requested heating period.



Heating performance depends on outdoor temperatures and weather conditions, so a specific water temperature cannot be guaranteed.



Guests may not adjust pool equipment, valves, pumps, heaters or automation systems.

A full-size propane BBQ grill is available for:

Pets are not permitted at this property, and Fairytale Luxury Stays currently maintains a no-pet policy across its portfolio.



This helps protect the home’s furniture, linens, themed spaces, indoor play areas and overall cleanliness for future guests.



Unauthorized pets may result in additional cleaning, treatment, repair or replacement charges in accordance with the reservation agreement and booking-platform policies.
