You’ll arrive at a stone house built in 1828, perched nine meters above the Baltic Sea, with views from nearly every room. Here, you’ll have 1.8 hectares of land to enjoy—one hectare next to the house with a garden and fields, and 7,500 m² of private beachfront property with a small harbor, cliffs, and hidden nooks where nightingales sing. It’s your own little world by the water.



Over the years, the house has been well insulated and renovated into a bright and comfortable home. Next to the house, you’ll also find a workshop where tools and creativity come together. The original charm from the 1800s has been preserved, while the comforts have been updated to modern standards. Melsted, with its swimming pier, is three kilometers away, and Listed Bay, with its rocky outcrops, is six kilometers to the south.
