Maximum Occupancy: No more than 8 guests may occupy the Property at any one time. Violation may result in immediate termination of the Guest stay without refund.
Check-In / Check-Out Times: Check-in: 4:00 PM; Check-out: 10:00 AM. Early check-in and late check-out may be available for an additional fee at Manager`s discretion.
Minimum Age Requirement: The primary Guest must be at least 25 years of age.
No Smoking: Smoking (including e-cigarettes and marijuana) is strictly prohibited inside the Property and within 10 feet of any entrance. Violation will result in a deep cleaning fee charged to Guest.
Pets: Pets are not permitted
Events and Parties: No events, parties, or gatherings in excess of maximum occupancy are permitted.
Quiet Hours: Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Excessive noise during or outside of these hours is prohibited.
Trash and Recycling: Guests are responsible for bagging trash and placing it in designated receptacles prior to check-out.
Prohibited Items: The following are prohibited on the Property: firearms (unless Owner specifies otherwise), illegal substances, fireworks, motorized recreational vehicles.
Property Damage: Guests are responsible for any damage to the Property beyond normal wear and tear. Manager may charge the Guest`s payment method on file for documented damages.
Conduct: Guests agree to comply with all applicable laws, HOA rules, and local ordinances while occupying the Property. Any Guest who violates these rules may be required to vacate the Property immediately
