FOOD: As per Florida law, we are not allowed to leave open food in the refrigerators or kitchen closets; hence, all food items will be removed after the guest checks out, and no supplies such as condiments or coffee powder will be provided prior to check-in.
TRASH DISPOSAL: Please put trash inside the bin daily to keep the house clean. The check-in instructions will include the scheduled trash collection days so guests know when to place the trash bin at the end of the driveway for pickup.

• Some delivery drivers may leave packages at the front door. Please note that the front door is exposed and visible to anyone passing by, so we cannot guarantee the safety of unattended deliveries.
