Less than a 2-hour drive from Nantes and 1 hour from the TGV station in Angers, the Moulin Jasnot villa is designed to host special events: birthdays, family reunions, corporate retreats, or bachelor/bachelorette parties; it can accommodate 45 people and is set apart from the nearest neighbors (300m). It’s the perfect example of everything a So Villa has to offer: a large garden with a spacious terrace, a barbecue, a beautiful 12-meter-by-4-meter pool, and basketball and beach volleyball courts! And inside? The game room with foosball and a poker table, the dining room, and the dance floor connected to powerful speakers will let you all get together for a weekend that’s sure to be unforgettable!

• Heated pool from April to October—NOT AVAILABLE from November through March

• Dance floor and sound system: an amplifier with super-easy Bluetooth connectivity + wall-mounted Bose speakers (just close the windows and doors so as not to disturb the neighbors)!

• Outdoor activities: Basketball, beach volleyball, soccer, pétanque, ping-pong, Molkky

• Indoor activities: Darts, foosball, arcade-style punching game, video games, board games, poker

• Team BBQ or Team Raclette? No need to choose a side anymore! You can do both!

• That big cleanup at the end of your stay? We’ll take care of it! The only small things we’ll ask of you are to please gather the dirty towels and sheets in the main room on the first floor when you leave, wash your dishes, and dispose of household trash and recyclables in the villa’s bins, and to drop off glass at the town’s collection point.

• The villa price includes 16 people. For large groups of 17 to 45 people, a supplement of €30 per person per day will be added.

• What about the security deposit? No surprises! The rules are clear and provided before your stay



🔊 Cocktails, dinner, evening activities... and noise disturbances Since the nearest neighbors are 300 meters away, there are no restrictions on music volume when you’re INSIDE the house, as long as the doors and windows are securely closed! Bringing your own speakers is strictly prohibited. Outdoors, you can have lunch, enjoy drinks, have dinner, or relax by the pool... but no music or microphones, day or night! Outdoor noise levels must be limited to 90 dB (the noise of a lawn mower) so as not to disturb others. Check out our FAQ for more information.
