The apartment is located in Building B, which is fully completed and consists of around thirty new apartments.

For security purposes, the common areas of the residence (entrance hall, corridors, etc.) are monitored by CCTV. There are no cameras inside the apartment.
The overall residence is still being completed. Outdoor construction work is suspended during the winter season, so we do not expect any noise disturbance during this period. However, some surrounding buildings are still under construction and may cause limited visual disturbance.
