Just a quick reminder: The 2-bedroom condo is a top (5th) floor penthouse condo, accessible by an elevator or stairway. It is ideal for 4 adults, but can accommodate 6 with a queen luxury air mattress.
Princesa de Penasco is located on Sandy Beach, steps away from the breathtaking Sea of Cortez. The penthouse condo has great views of the Sea of Cortez and the downtown area - the Malecon.
Paradise is just a short drive away - Puerto Penasco / Sandy Beach (aka Rocky Point) is 1 hour south of the Lukeville border.
B509 is located on the top floor of Building B, which is a two-minute walk to the Palapas and Sandy Beach, with stunning views of the Sea of Cortez.
The Primary Bedroom has a King-sized bed and a private bathroom with tub and shower. The guest bedroom also has a King-sized bed. Guest bathroom is a walk-in shower. Both bedrooms are equipped with HD smart TVs, allowing you to log in to your own streaming accounts, including Amazon Prime, Netflix, and DirecTV.
The condo itself has been remodeled and is fully stocked for a fun-filled home-away-from-home vacation. The kitchen is fully stocked - silverware, dishware, cookware, bakeware, and all the cooking tools. Extra cleaning supplies and garbage bags are available.. If you do not feel like cooking, Colins Cantina is located in the resort and offers delicious meals for breakfast, lunch, and dinner at very reasonable prices. There is also a small convenience store located in the resort.
Additional accommodations include bedding, linens, bath towels, beach towels, shampoo, conditioner, soap. Some K-Cups will be provided, but please bring your own if you have favorites.
Princesa resort's courtyard has three pools (1 Heated) and three shallow kiddie pools, a jacuzzi, barbecue grills, a fitness center, a volleyball court, and several palapas with beach chairs to relax in and enjoy the beach.
