This specific apartment happens to be one of my favorites because:
1. It's ultra easy to access.
• This specific unit is very close to parking spaces. Bringing luggage and walking in from your vehicle is a breeze.
2. Private ensuite baths and split floor plan
• This apartment features a split floor plan, where both bedrooms are on opposite sides of the space. Both have their own private attached ensuite bathrooms. No more fighting over who gets to use the restroom first! One bathroom has an upgraded glass door walk-in shower, while the other has a traditional bath tub - shower combo for at-home spa days!
3. Waterview in all main rooms; upgraded interior living space floorplan
