THE SPACE
The backyard is the star. Swim in the pool (heating available for an additional seasonal fee), soak in the hot tub, gather around the gas fire table, or settle into the cabana-style lounge under the pergola. Catch the game or a movie night on the patio`s big-screen projector with stereo sound, fire up the BBQ, and dine outside under the lights. Cozy fire pit seating rounds out an entertainer`s dream.

Inside, the smart floor plan splits 6 bedrooms across four separate wings of the house — rare privacy for a home that sleeps 16. Two master suites anchor opposite ends, joined by a kid-friendly bunk room and three more comfortable bedrooms. Three full baths include a spa-style walk-in tile shower with dual vanity.

The fully equipped kitchen features granite counters and stainless appliances, with seating for 8+ at the glass dining table plus extra breakfast-bar seating. Four TVs throughout (including the outdoor projection screen), a comfy den for movie nights, and a full laundry room make longer stays easy.

THE NEIGHBORHOOD
Shangri-La sits on a quiet cul-de-sac in an established neighborhood — the only traffic is neighbors walking to their mailboxes. Yet you`re minutes from everything: ASU, Mill Avenue, Old Town Scottsdale nightlife, Tempe Marketplace, South Mountain hiking and golf, spring training baseball, Cardinals/Suns/Diamondbacks games, NASCAR, water parks, and the Phoenix Zoo. An In-N-Out Burger and Starbucks just opened nearby, and a well-stocked Fry`s grocery store is around the corner.

GETTING AROUND
Easy access to I-10 puts the whole Valley within reach — Sky Harbor Airport is about 15 minutes away. Public transportation is also available nearby.

The entire house is yours. Self check-in with a 4-digit door code. Ample parking on a quiet cul-de-sac.

House sits in a cult de sac of an older neighborhood. Not much traffic other than people to and from their mailboxes.
Very quiet location with easy access to I-10 and to all points of interest.
New to neighborhood is an InNout Burger and a Starbucks. Also, Fry`s is a wellstocked grocery store and very close to the neighborhood.

You have public transportation available or the house has easy access to the I-10 so getting around is quite easy.

Please see the Welcome Book in the house for helpful info. Trash pickup is Monday morning — please have garbage and recyclables in the barrels by the side gate on Sunday evening. Pool heating is available for an additional $75 per night fee (October–April).
