The kitchen is fully equipped and opens onto the living room. There is also a small breakfast table, ideal for coffee or casual meals. From the living room, sliding glass doors lead to the enclosed terrace.
The terrace is integrated into the apartment and enclosed with glass curtains. It features a dining table and an additional seating area, with corner views of El Corte Inglés and the nearby roundabout.
The master bedroom has a 180 cm bed, an en suite bathroom, an open closet area, and direct access to the terrace.

· Sun loungers are communal and may not be reserved.
