The bright, sunny Mönchgut apartment building, featuring a non-smoking apartment, is centrally located within the Seepark Sellin resort. The Ahoi Water Park is just 50 meters away, where children can enjoy the water play area with outdoor pools and adults can relax in the variety of saunas at comfortable temperatures. Also on the grounds is a children’s playground and an 18-hole Minigolfplatz.In the shopping arcades of Seepark Sellin, you’ll find restaurants, an ice cream parlor, a bike rental shop, a drugstore, souvenir shops, and much more. Across the street is the large 1,400 m² EDEKA Neukauf supermarket with a bakery, a post office/Postbank, and a lottery outlet. The stop for the “Rasender Roland,” the island’s famous narrow-gauge railway, is just a four-minute walk away, as is the stop for Rügen’s local public transportation and, of course, the wonderfully wide sandy beach. A bike rental shop, the town’s mini-golf course, and a laundromat are just a stone’s throw from the house.
The Sellin Beach Railway runs right in front of the house from March 22. through October 31. It runs hourly. The pier is just a 7-minute ride away, and the shuttle to the South Beach runs from May 1 through September 30, every 30 minutes. Of course, it’s free with a spa pass.
Vacation Apartment 716 in Seepark:
This vacation rental with a balcony is located on the 3rd floor and is accessible via a staircase. A free underground parking space and Wi-Fi are available to our guests.
The “Rasende Roland” train departs nearby and runs between Sellin and Binz. The bus stop and a bike rental shop are also nearby.
The pier is also just a few minutes’ walk away.
The Baltic Sea resorts of Binz, Baabe, and Göhren are easily accessible by bike.
During the early and off-season, we offer you 3 hours of free daily access to the AHOI Swimming and Adventure World with a sauna (additional cost) in Sellin on Rügen. (only 100 meters away)
This way, you can also enjoy fun and pure relaxation at the adventure pool and sauna area.
We’ve recently added a lockable bike storage room, which is especially convenient for guests with e-bikes. This room features separate lockers for the batteries, including a charging station. It is prohibited to bring these e-bike batteries into the apartment.
The vacation rental features free Wi-Fi, and the living room opens onto an approximately 8.00 m² balcony. It can comfortably seat 4 people. Smoking is permitted on the balcony. The living room features a comfortable double sofa bed. The living room features a flat-screen TV with a surround sound system.
The fully equipped open kitchen has a dining table that seats 4 people.
