You’ll be staying nestled in nature, with the ocean as your closest neighbor. From nearly every room, you’ll have a view of the water, and the feeling of being at one with nature will stay with you no matter the weather. Just 25 meters from the house, you’ll find your own dock with a sauna—perfect for morning and evening swims.



The house is cozy and well-maintained, with four bedrooms and a large, well-equipped kitchen that’s perfect for shared dinners. There are three restrooms and a bathroom in the main building, plus a guest house with its own shower and restroom. A laundry room with a washer and dryer is included.



On the property, there’s a greenhouse where you can enjoy coffee and snacks or dinner together. Here you’ll also find a dartboard, croquet, and other recreational activities. A rowboat and two stand-up paddleboards are at your disposal, and if you’d like to work out, there are free weights for strength training.



The Sörmlandsleden trail passes right by and offers hikes of various lengths. In nearby Trosa, you’ll find two golf courses, picturesque houses, and excellent restaurants. A tennis court within walking distance is included free of charge. Discover Sörmland’s castles and farm shops during your stay.
