The Space:

Spread across two levels, this maisonette offers an inviting setting where contemporary comfort meets natural materials. Exposed wooden ceilings, soft neutral tones and generous living spaces create a relaxed atmosphere from the moment you arrive.



The ground floor brings together the living room and a fully equipped kitchen in one open plan space that makes spending time together feel effortless. Whether you begin your morning with coffee before heading to the beach or return for a relaxed evening meal, everything flows naturally. The kitchen includes a toaster, coffee making facilities and everything else you might need during your stay. The comfortable sofa easily converts into a double bed, allowing the home to accommodate up to four guests. A guest WC on the ground floor adds extra convenience for everyone staying in the maisonette.



Upstairs, the bedroom offers a Queen size bed, warm wooden finishes and direct access to a private ensuite bathroom with a modern walk in shower and carefully selected contemporary fittings. Large windows allow natural daylight to fill the room throughout the day, while the private balcony with outdoor furniture gives you another place to enjoy a quiet morning or an evening drink.



Outside, the private courtyard includes a dining table, creating a pleasant setting for breakfast, relaxed meals or time with a book after returning from the nearby beach. This amazing retreat is set in the centre of Limenas Hersonissou, on Crete’s northern coast, where the harbour, seafront and town streets come together. The location suits guests who enjoy having the sea, dining and everyday conveniences within easy reach. A well stocked supermarket, cafés, tavernas and local shops are found within about 100m, while the waterfront is only 0.05 km away.



Limenas Hersonissou Beach is approximately 100 m. from the property. This organised sandy beach offers clear water, sunbeds and easy access to refreshments along the seafront. Sarantari Beach is around 1 km away, with sand and pebbles, sheltered water and organised areas for relaxed swimming. The coves of Limanakia begin approximately 0.8 km away and combine sand, pebbles and rocky sections, creating inviting conditions for swimming and snorkelling. Star Beach is about 2 km away, with a sandy shoreline, organised facilities and water activities. The beaches near Lychnostatis, approximately 2.6 km away, have pebble sections and clear water along a more open stretch of coast.



The surrounding coastline is shaped by sheltered bays, rocky headlands and open views across the Sea of Crete. Inland, the landscape rises toward traditional villages and the foothills of the Dikti Mountains. The Lassithi Plateau, around 22 km away, offers mountain scenery, villages, walking routes and a different perspective on the island’s interior.

Heraklion International Airport is approximately 20 km from the property, with taxis, prearranged transfers and rental cars available for the journey to Limenas Hersonissou. Heraklion passenger port is around 23 km away and provides ferry connections with Piraeus and several Cycladic and Dodecanese islands, depending on the season and current timetable. The local harbour is approximately 0.3 km away and is a convenient starting point for leisure cruises and coastal boat trips.



A bus stop is approximately 0.2 km from the maisonette, with services toward Heraklion, Agios Nikolaos and other destinations along Crete’s northern coast. Current routes and departure times are available through the regional KTEL network.
