Welcome to Indoor & Outdoor Pool Family Retreat Near Saratoga! Perfect for Saratoga races, SPAC concerts, and family getaways, this spacious retreat sleeps up to 14 guests.
Enjoy a combination of a heated indoor pool, a large outdoor pool, and three separate living rooms. Designed for groups, home features updated appliances, two fridges, a tankless water heater, and laundry.
Located in a quiet Clifton Park neighborhood, you're just 5 minutes from I-87 and 19 minutes from the track and SPAC!
The Lower Level
The Entertainment Hub: A third spacious living room equipped with a Smart TV, a Queen pull-out couch, and a dedicated bar area perfect for mixing drinks and entertaining.
The Fourth Bedroom: A private, quiet bedroom featuring a comfortable Queen bed.
Full Bath: A third full bathroom complete with a modern walk-in shower.
Indoor/Outdoor Oasis
The real magic happens when it’s time to relax. Walk out to the screened-in porch on the first floor to sip your morning coffee, or step out to the beautiful backyard. Fire up the Weber grill, lounge on the outdoor patio furniture, and take your pick between two incredible pools—a heated indoor pool for year-round fun, or the massive outdoor pool for soaking up the summer sun!
You will have exclusive, full access to the entire house, both pools, and the surrounding outdoor areas during your stay. Make yourself completely at home! Please note that the garage is locked for owner storage and is the only area off-limits to guests. Please note there are a couple closets in the hallways that are locked due to storage areas.
Elevator-There is an elevator in the house . Please let us know if this is something that needs to be accessible during your stay!
