Apartment 176—affectionately known as the “beach shelter”—is a small, comfortable apartment featuring a high-quality corner sofa with a pull-out footrest, a modern TV, and free Wi-Fi. The coffee table is height-adjustable and fold-out, making it suitable for use as a dining table. The “Strandmuschel” sleeps up to 3 adults, or alternatively 2 adults with 1–2 children. The cozy sleeping alcove features a box-spring bed (1.60 x 2 m) and a practical wardrobe. The small bedroom has a comfortable bed (1.20 x 2 m) and a small tall cabinet. A well-equipped kitchen with high-quality appliances allows for self-catering; next to the kitchenette is a counter with 2 stools. The furnishings are stylish and modern. The toilet and the shower room are separate from each other.
The large covered balcony overlooking the green space and the stunning, secluded rooftop terrace with a view of the Brodtener Ufer are perfect for sunbathing. The spacious corner lounge and the height-adjustable table on the rooftop terrace invite you to linger.
On hot days, the fan in the living room keeps you cool; during the winter months, the fan can also be used to circulate warm air.
Your four-legged companions are also welcome in the beach shelter—and to ensure that both humans and dogs feel completely at home, food and water bowls are, of course, provided.
