Downtown Winnipeg is approximately 20 minutes away, while Winnipeg Richardson International Airport is about a 30-minute drive. A bus stop is conveniently located just a 3-minute walk from the house.
You'll be close to shopping, restaurants, grocery stores, gas stations, and popular destinations such as Costco and IKEA. The neighborhood is known for its beautiful walking trails, lakes, fountains, playgrounds, and green spaces, making it perfect for both relaxation and outdoor activities.
You will have the entire private basement suite to yourself, which includes:
