Immerse yourself in the serene beauty of the Salento countryside at our "Villa Murge", a newly added jewel in our collection now available at an exclusive introductory price. Perfectly positioned near Pescoluse and the captivating region of Santa Maria di Leuca—where the Adriatic and Ionian seas meet and Puglia reaches its end—this lovely villa comfortably hosts up to 4 guests. The property is set on an expansive 6,000 square meter plot of land, offering an isolated and peaceful setting that provides total privacy. The house features beautifully curated furnishings and traditional "volte a botte" barrel-vaulted ceilings. It is ideally situated just 2 to 3 km from several lovely beaches, including the free sandy beach of Posto Vecchio in Pescoluse.

The approx. 90 square meter ground-floor interior includes 2 private double bedrooms, both featuring their own en-suite bathrooms. In total, the villa provides 2 bathrooms with showers plus WC. The home includes an independent kitchen equipped with induction stove, refrigerator, fridge and freezer, an oven, a microwave, a dishwasher and a coffee machine. The living area includes a dedicated TV room. Guests will enjoy optimal comfort with free Wi-Fi, a hairdryer, a private washing machine, insect screens on the bedroom windows and air conditioning and heating.

The outdoor space features a very large garden and a beautiful approx. 10x3m swimming pool equipped with sun loungers. A highlight of the exterior is the lovely outdoor dining area, complete with a dining table, chairs and a charcoal barbecue for al fresco meals. Ample private open-air parking is available directly on the premises. The property grounds are partially fenced, providing a safe environment for children.

The surrounding area offers quick and easy access to the region's best coastal spots and local amenities. Beautiful beaches are just a short drive away, including Posto Vecchio (3 km), Pescoluse Beach (3.5 km), and the rocky coastline of Felloniche (6 km). For dining out, nearby recommendations include Retrò for typical Salento cuisine (8 km), Mattia Cordella for seafood specialties (7 km) and Tora for pizza (6 km). Daily essentials can be bought at Supermercato Dok in Morciano, located just 2 km from the villa, or at Conad in Presicce (8 km).





🛏️ Sheets, duvets and towels are not included. If you don't want to bring them with you from home, regardless of the length of your stay, you can rent them for €26 per person.

🧽 Final cleaning is not included and costs €120, unless you clean yourselves before departure.

🐶 Dogs and pets are welcome, if you inform us in advance! Surcharge: €150 for the 1st one, €75 each for the others. Usually max 1 large or 2 small ones are allowed, but exceptions might be possible upon request.

💰 We will ask you to pay a security deposit of €600 before arrival. The security deposit will be refunded within 7 days after departure, if there is no damage.

⚡ Electricity costs (and thus where applicable AC, hot water, heating etc.) are NOT included in the price and will be charged based on your actual consumption. The price per kWh charged to guests was €0,45 on 04/08/2026, when this text was last updated. Prices may slightly change over time.

- We are obliged by law to verify the identity of all our guests. We will therefore ask you to upload copies of your IDs on our (secure) website to verify your identity before handing out the key code for the accommodation. Your personal data is treated in full compliance with EU data protection laws.

- Also, we are obliged to sign a rental agreement with our guests (one person per group). This will be done digitally and requires just a few seconds on your side. You can find a template of the rental agreement on our website.

- Parties, gatherings, events or loud music are not allowed at this property unless explicitly authorised beforehand by us in writing.

- In case the local municipality charges a tourist tax, we will ask you to pay this separately to us and we will transfer it to the local authorities as required by law.

- There might be security cameras outside the property, pointing at the garden, the terraces or the parking area. There are no security cameras inside the house or in private areas.

- Please note that, like for all houses in Italy, the power allowance of the house is limited and you might not be able to always use all electric appliances simultaneously. No need to worry: most guests don't even notice this limitation.

- Unlimited wifi is included in the price for normal use. Fair use policies might apply. Please note that we cannot guarantee any specific connection speed nor coverage across all rooms in the building. We're happy to provide more details upon request.
