Welcome to Sun Meadows, one of Kirkwood's best-located condo communities — set right in the heart of the village and just steps from the chairlifts. This 1-bedroom, 2-bath condo (770 sq ft) sleeps up to 4 and is the perfect basecamp for a ski trip or a quiet mountain getaway.
The bedroom features a king bed and an en-suite bathroom with a tub, plus its own separate entrance with a digital lock — great for privacy or independent access if needed. The living room offers a queen sleeper sofa, a cozy wood-burning fireplace, and a second full bathroom with a tub, along with an open-concept living/dining area and a fully equipped kitchen. Parking is easy too — you'll have one dedicated spot in the underground garage, right by the elevator. Gearing up for the day is simple with a ski-tuning room right in the building. In winter, you're minutes from chair lifts 5 and 6. In summer, the surrounding meadow is ideal for hiking, biking, and cross-country trails right outside your door.
