With approximately 1,000 square feet of thoughtfully designed living space, the suite comfortably accommodates up to 5 guests and features two private bedrooms:

Bedroom 1 (Left Bedroom): A double-over-double/single bunk bed (double on the bottom, single on the top), along with a dedicated desk and workspace which is perfect for students, remote workers, or anyone needing a quiet place to catch up.
Bedroom 2 (Right Bedroom): A comfortable double bed with a closet to unpack and settle in during your stay.

The suite features one full bathroom with a walk-in shower (no bathtub). For your convenience, the bathroom light is motion-activated, while the wall switch operates the exhaust fan.

After a busy day, relax in the bright and welcoming living room, stream your favorite shows on the Smart TV, connect to the high-speed Wi-Fi, or simply enjoy spending time with family and friends.

The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals during your stay, while the adjoining dining area provides a comfortable place to gather and enjoy them together.

This suite does not have in-suite laundry.
Complimentary shared laundry facilities are located in the building's basement. As the laundry room is shared with other building occupants and is not monitored, we recommend staying with your belongings while your laundry is in use. While the laundry is free to use, we cannot guarantee machine availability or accept responsibility for items left unattended.


All guests (staying or visiting) must be included in your booking. Unbooked guests, visitors, or parties are not permitted. This is not a pet-friendly suite.

A pack-and-play and high chair are available upon request.

Please refrain from using the property address for mail, as we cannot access the mailbox. For deliveries, ensure door drop-off or depot pick-up arrangements.

Our cancellation policy is as posted. For added protection, we recommend purchasing travel insurance to cover unforeseen changes.

For stays of 30 nights or more, we offer a complimentary mid-stay cleaning every 30 days to maintain a comfortable environment.

We cannot be responsible for personal belongings left behind. Please check thoroughly before departure.

Pre-Arrival Verification & Security Deposit Pre Authorization Required:
To provide a safe and secure stay, all reservations require completion of a short pre-arrival verification before check-in. This secure process includes ID verification, a matching selfie, a refundable security deposit pre-authorization, and acceptance of our Rental Terms & Conditions. *Security deposit is not applicable to bookings covered by Air Cover.
