This home is one of only 20 in the Entrada subdivision of Lava Falls, a gated community that sits two miles north of historic downtown Santa Clara. You'll be just four miles south of Snow Canyon State Park, six miles northwest of St. George, and 46 miles west of spectacular Zion National Park.
Whereas the red stucco exterior blends in with the desert landscape, the interior living space is cool, bright, and comfortable. Adjust the central air conditioning on warm summer days, recover from long hikes on one of the two leather sofas, and use the WiFi to plan your next canyoneering adventure.
Get your vacation off to a wonderful start in the full kitchen, where you can prepare homemade breakfasts amid the granite countertops and slate floors. Spacious condo in a great location. We love the Lava Falls community as it is smaller and never feels busy. The pool and hot tub are a short walk. We also always enjoy the nearby bike trails. Only reason we gave it 4 stars was that this particular unit could use a bit of a refresh. Our mattress was a bit saggy, the cookware was old and worn, and other things, like the toilet seats, could probably use replacement. It would also be nice if they stocked a few games or puzzles, as this unit did not have anything. But overall we still enjoyed our stay.

It was a very big bummer to show up to the unit with absolutely no furniture on the patio as was shown in the photos. There was also no grill, which was not listed in the amenities, but we wish we would have known as we cook outside for most of our meals. We also were not provided a pool or hot tub key for the entirety our of our visit. Thus, we had to climb under the main gate and over the pool fence to get access. Also had no key to use the restroom at the pool so had to walk back to our unit to use the bathroom. Very inconvenient. The property manager was in another state and it took me numerous texts and phone calls to try to get in touch with a local contact. We were provided a small refund for for the lack to outdoor furniture and pool key, but not the amount that we were told. Overall, the unit was nice and comfortable beds but lacking in amenities and the communication with the out of town contact for property management was not great.
