This 3500 sqft home sleeps 14 and is perfectly situated 20 minutes from most of the Poconos attractions. Explore nearby attractions like the Kalahari Resorts, Camelback Resort, Pocono Raceway, Jim Thorpe, and Bushkill Falls.

Note: the property is unique in that the front of the house faces the lake across the street but has direct lake access. Amenities are mostly in the front yard for the best view of the lake but rest assured that the unique positioning of the house provides privacy and maximum enjoyment.

Kayak and use of lake requires the additional purchase of the amenity pass noted below. 2 kayaks are available to launch right across the street at the lake for use once you purchase the passes.

Guests will have access to the entire home and property. The only area off limits are the owners closets.

To access lake, guest passes must be purchased through Emerald Lakes Association

Basic supplies such as toilet paper, paper towels, garbage bags, soap, body wash, shampoo, conditioner and coffee provided but you may need to stock up for longer duration stays.

Guests can bring firewood for the fire-pit. We do not provide firewood unless previous guests left it behind. The fireplace in the living room is for display only.

Our refrigerator has an icemaker but it is recommended to purchase ice for longer stays.

Cable TV is not provided. You may log into your streaming Apps of choice on the Smart TVs.
