About this house rental
Peace and calm in a quiet valley less than 20-25 minutes from Nashville. Included in your stay is access to an enormous hot tub with a large TV for watching movies, 2 large patios and a BBQ grill. High ceilings and beautiful open spaces. Enjoy movies while relaxing in the hot tub under the pergola and stars. 1 King bed and 1 Queen bed on the 2nd floor, 2 Queen beds on the 1st floor. 2 Bathrooms upstairs, 1 Bathroom downstairs. Please note, parties are NOT ALLOWED quiet hours 10pm-8am
The space
The home is very spacious and has an incredibly inviting atmosphere. If you are moving to the Nashville area or simply visiting, our house has all you need to call Tennessee your home, even if only for a short time. It has 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms (2 showers, 1 bath tub) plus a large deck and a second deck with a large hot tub. This is a beautiful property and is located just a few minutes from Beaman Park where you can bike, hike and enjoy nature. But even if you never leave the house, you can still enjoy the deer and turkey that frequently visit the property. Uber service is available and Nashville is approx. 20-25 minutes away.
Guest access
Guests have complete access to the house. Owner has one locked closet with supplies. The shed and land behind it are currently unavailable for usage.
Other things to note
NO PETS allowed. Non-negotiable. Hot tub is quite deep and is may not be suitable for children. Please be cautious and have full time adult supervision.
An air mattress is also available (in the guest closer) additional sleeping arrangements may be possible if given enough advance notice. It's a spacious house.
