Hollow Sky is a private, design-forward retreat set on approximately 110 acres in Preston Hollow, New York. Surrounded by open fields, wooded hills, ponds, and wide Catskill views, the property was created for quiet escapes, restorative weekends, and time spent away from crowds.
The two-bedroom, two-bath home accommodates up to five registered guests. The primary bedroom features a king bed, smart TV, dedicated desk and sitting area, and an ensuite bathroom with a soaking tub, glass shower, radiant heated floors, and mountain views.
The first-floor guest bedroom includes a twin daybed and pull-out trundle that can be arranged together as a king-size sleeping setup. It also includes a smart TV, dresser, and closet. The nearby guest bathroom features radiant heated floors and a spacious walk-in shower.
The open living area offers a gas fireplace, large smart TV, Sonos surround sound, comfortable sectional seating, automated shades, and panoramic views. The adjoining kitchen is equipped with stainless-steel appliances, cookware, bakeware, a dishwasher, and both Nespresso and Keurig coffee options.
Outside, guests can enjoy the private hot tub, outdoor shower, decks, grill, outdoor dining and lounge areas, firepit, koi ponds, fields, and private walking areas throughout the property.
