With ocean views and a ground-level location near the pool, you'll find it effortless to move between a morning dip in the shared pool, a midday stretch on the beach, and a relaxed evening back at the condo. One assigned parking spot is included on the premises, which covers most guests arriving by car. South Atlantic Avenue runs directly along the beach and is walkable and bikeable, with most local restaurants, shops, and attractions reachable on foot or by a short ride. Ride-share services like Uber and Lyft operate in Cocoa Beach for evenings out or trips up to the more commercial areas of town. Kennedy Space Center is roughly a 40–45 minute drive north via FL-528.
