The health, safety, and well-being of our guests are our highest priorities. Our suite is professionally cleaned and thoroughly sanitized after every check-out.

## No Pets

While we love animals, pets are not permitted in this property.

## No Smoking

Smoking or vaping is strictly prohibited anywhere on the property, including both inside and outside. Evidence of smoking will result in additional cleaning and odor removal charges.

## No Parties or Events

Parties, events, and unauthorized gatherings are not permitted. Please treat our home with care and respect so it remains enjoyable for future guests.

**Please Note**

This is a basement suite with its own private entrance. The upper level is occupied by the main residents. You may occasionally hear light footsteps or normal household sounds, but the home is generally quiet and respectful.

If this setup does not suit your preferences, we recommend considering another accommodation before booking.

## Booking Policies

* Requests to shorten the original reservation after booking will not be accepted.
* Date changes are welcome provided the total length of stay remains the same or is extended.
* Early check-in must be requested in advance. Same-day early check-in requests cannot be accommodated.
* Early check-in fee: $99 (subject to availability and additional cleaning arrangements).
* Check-out time is 11:00 AM.
* Late check-out is subject to approval and will incur a fee of $100 per hour after 11:00 AM.

* Maximum occupancy: 4 guests.
* Additional guests: $100 per person.
* No food or drinks on the beds.
* Quiet hours: 9:00 PM to 9:00 AM.
* Please respect the neighborhood at all times.
* No shoes inside the home.
* Please keep the property clean and tidy.
* Wash all dishes before check-out.
* Dispose of garbage in the designated bins before departure.
* Place recyclable items in the recycling bin before check-out.

Additional Fees:

* Excessive cleaning fee: Up to $500 if the property is left in an unreasonable condition.
* Smoking or vaping violation: $500.
* Unauthorized parties or events: $1,000.

Lost & Found

Please double-check for personal belongings before checking out. We are not responsible for items left behind.

If an item is found and returned, a $75 handling fee plus shipping costs will apply.
