The location is the reason to book. The Jet Express to Put-in-Bay and the Lake Erie islands is next door. Cedar Point is a five minute drive. Downtown restaurants, bars, and the Merry-Go-Round Museum are an easy walk.

Building amenities include a shared pool and hot tub, a fitness room, and an on-site laundry room. Gated parking is included and two passes are provided.

Please note the pool, hot tub, and gym are shared building amenities and are seasonal — they can close with little notice for maintenance.

Security cameras are present in the parking lot, pool area, lobby, and hallways. No smoking, pets, or events.
