Guest Access:

Please, make yourself at home and treat it with respect. The house and property are yours to enjoy, with the exception of the locked owner closets. Owner may occasionally occupy owner suite, which has its own separate entrance and is fully autonomous from the guest areas.

B Line (Red Line) & D Line (Purple Line): These subway lines run through Hollywood, Downtown LA, and Koreatown, providing major north-south and east-west connections.

Nearest Stations: Look for stops at Hollywood/Vine or Hollywood/Highland, both within walking distance and offering access to these lines.

• All guests will be asked to complete their registration with an online check-in form and ID verification via the Guesty app. This is to ensure a safe stay for all guests and is required for property access.

• The cleaning fee of $325 is included in reservation total

• We welcome well-behaved pups for an additional fee.

• This private home doesn't have bins large enough for excess trash that may accumulate during a stay. If you have a large gathering, catering, shopping that generates excessive trash that doesn't fit into the city's containers/bins, the guest is responsible for the additional charge to dispose of the trash. Photo documentation will be submitted and an additional fee of $230 charged to the guest will be processed through the Resolution Center for payment.

• Any left-behind personal items incur a $50 convenience fee for return shipping.

• Filming, photoshoots, or commercial use, including social media content on property require prior written approval.

• Parties or large group events are strictly prohibited per LA city law. Small gatherings may be approved with permission.
