Stay in a beautifully updated 1920 historic home in Savannah's vibrant Thomas Square/Starland District. This private second-floor home features 3 bedrooms (2 King, 1 Queen), 2 full bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, Smart TV, high-speed Wi-Fi, and in-home laundry. Just minutes from Forsyth Park, Historic Downtown, SCAD, River Street, restaurants, breweries, and local shops. Potential noise.
The Space:
Welcome to your private second-floor home in a charming historic Savannah duplex. The first floor is occupied by a long-term resident, while the entire second-floor home is exclusively yours to enjoy.
Guests enter through the shared front entrance of the duplex, then access the private home using a separate keypad. You will receive two access codes: one for the main entrance and one for your private home.
Please note that one flight of stairs is required to reach the home. Once inside, everything is conveniently located on a single level.
Layout:
• The kitchen is straight ahead upon entering.
• To the left is the living room and the primary King bedroom.
• A full bathroom is located just outside the primary bedroom.
• Continuing down the hall is the second King bedroom.
• At the end of the hall is the Queen bedroom, which features the home's only en-suite bathroom.

• Only the Queen bedroom has an en-suite bathroom
• Both bathrooms feature walk-in showers
