AR 308 is located within the Hilton Head Beach & Tennis resort property and a 25 yard walk through the dunes to the Atlantic Ocean. Located in Hilton Head Island (Mid Island), Hilton Head Island Beach & Tennis Resort is within a 10-minute drive of Shelter Cove Harbour and Palmetto Hall Golf and Country Club, and 6.6 mi (10.6 km) from Coligny Plaza. HHB&T sports 2 outdoor pools and one children's pool. Other recreational amenities including outdoor tennis & pickleball courts and a fitness center, playground, a picnic area, and barbecue grills.
Biking is the most popular way to get around on the Island. Bicycles may be rented on property. The free Hilton Head Island Breeze shuttle is also a very popular way to explore the Island and to get to various destinations. Trolly stop is in front of the resort.
Parking Policy: One (1) complimentary parking pass is provided. Additional passes may be secured for $42 per vehicle.
This is a strictly non-smoking property (including the balcony); a $500 restoration fee applies to violations.
