About this cottage rental
Escape to your own private tiny home tucked inside a quiet, family-friendly resort community in Kissimmee — just 20 to 25 minutes from Walt Disney World, Universal, Epic Universe, SeaWorld, and Orlando International Airport. Whether you're here for the parks, a getaway for two, or a quick Florida reset, this is a comfortable, private space that's all yours.
The home is designed for two guests to stay comfortably, with a full-size bed in the private bedroom and a bright living area with a sofa. Two twin air mattresses are tucked in the closet for a third guest or a pack n play is available upon request. You'll have a stocked kitchen for meals in, a private bath, Wifi, a TV, and free parking right on the premises.
Step outside and the resort does the rest. Guests enjoy a heated outdoor pool open year-round, a fitness center, plus a rec room, playground, putting green, shuffleboard, and pickleball courts — with a rotating calendar of community activities.
Getting around couldn't be easier. You're half a mile from Florida's Turnpike, five minutes from a Walmart Supercenter, and close to restaurants and shopping. When you're ready to head to the parks, you're a short, straightforward drive away.
Check-in is on your schedule with keypad self check-in — no waiting on anyone, no key handoffs. Arrive when it suits you and settle right in.
Great for: couples, solo travelers, and small families who want a private, affordable, low-key home base close to everything Orlando.
