AVAILABLE 8/4! Unwind and enjoy this calm, stylish space. Please note that a 24-hour notice is required before check-in. Utilities (electric, water, and gas) are included up to $350 for monthly stays. Any utility charges exceeding $350 during the stay will be the guest’s responsibility.
Absolutely NO INDOOR SMOKING / VAPING! Smoking will result in a minimum fee of $500.
*If MARIJUANA is smelt anywhere on property an Officer will be called and you will be evicted and no refund will be given.
*Quiet Hours are 10 PM - 8 AM. If there is a complaint you will receive one courtesy call and message. If elevated noise levels continue you will be asked to leave and no refund will be given.
*No more than 4 vehicles allowed. Parking allowed in driveway and in front of house.
*No more than 10 people allowed.
*No parties of any kind are allowed including baby shower, birthday, wedding, etc.
Do NOT light any candles. Candle usage will result in a minimum fee of $150.
NO Fake or Real Flower petals allowed. They stain the fabrics, carpet, bathtub, countertops, etc. Minimum fee of $100.
NO PETS or ANIMALS of any kind are allowed. Pets will result in a minimum cleaning fee of $500. You will be evicted and no refund will be given.
