Enjoy two ensuite bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen with both a Keurig and traditional coffee maker, in-unit washer and dryer, high-speed Wi-Fi, cable, and Smart TVs in both bedrooms. A dedicated workstation makes working remotely easy.
Spend your days relaxing by the community pool and hot tub or head to the beach with complimentary beach chairs, towels, umbrella, cooler, and fishing rods. Self check-in with a smart lock, and a prime location near St. Pete Beach, Pass-a-Grille, Fort De Soto, and the Don CeSar, Unit 264 has everything you need for a comfortable and memorable Gulf Coast getaway.

Guest Access & Important Notes
1. The minimum age requirement to book this unit is 25 years old.
2. After booking, please provide your email address so we can send you a guest registration form. This will allow you to retrieve your parking pass from the association.
3. Pool tags will be provided for access to the community pool area.
4. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Please be respectful of our neighbors.
5. Please do not place towels on the balcony railing or chairs.
6. If you use the Pinellas Bayway (the road connecting St. Petersburg to St. Pete Beach), you'll pass through a toll plaza. If you don't have a SunPass, the toll will be billed to your vehicle using Toll-By-Plate based on your license plate. You do not need a SunPass to get to St. Pete Beach.
