A recently renovated apartment, located in a prime location at Vicolo Villanova 24, ideal for those who want to explore the city. ✨
📍The apartment is about a 15-minute walk from the historic center, the port for the Egadi Islands, and the aerial cableway to Erice, making it a convenient base for visiting local attractions.

The room features a large double bed, a four-door light wood wardrobe, and functional spaces designed for a comfortable stay.
The neutral tones and minimalist decor create a simple and relaxing atmosphere 🤍, while the natural light streaming in through the windows makes the room bright ☀️.
The private entrance from the living room 🚪 makes the room practical and suitable for both couples ❤️ and small groups on vacation. The room is equipped with comfortable linens and everything you need for a pleasant stay
🍽️ Living Room and Kitchen
The open-concept layout combines the living room and kitchen into a functional and inviting space. You’ll find a comfortable sofa, a smart TV 📺, Wi-Fi 📶, and air conditioning ❄️ so you can relax in total comfort.
The kitchen is fully equipped with an electric oven, dishes, a kettle ☕, and everything you need to prepare your own meals. The distinctive Sicilian majolica tiles add an authentic, Mediterranean touch to the space, making it even more welcoming and charming.
Upon request, extra beds can be added to the living room/kitchen area, ideal for small groups or families. Additional guests will therefore sleep in dedicated beds rather than on a sofa bed.

You’ll find a code-locked box outside the building where you can pick up the keys on your own. Upon request and subject to availability, we can also arrange for someone to greet you in person 🤝.

You can park in the inner alley, taking care not to block other cars from exiting.
Alternatively, blue-line parking spaces are available along the main street 🅿️.
