Next Play Clubhouse comfortably sleeps up to 16 guests with 2 king beds, 1 queen bed, three twin-over-twin bunk beds, and one full-over-full bunk bed. The Clubhouse also features 3 full bathrooms, 2 half bathrooms, an indoor heated pool with a basketball hoop 🏀, and a private hot tub overlooking your fenced backyard.

The private backyard features a spacious concrete patio, turf area, cornhole boards, a built-in BBQ, outdoor dining, and a fire pit—all fenced for added privacy and overlooking a seasonal creek and peaceful wooded backdrop.

The entire top floor has been transformed into a championship-caliber game room featuring three multicade arcade machines, a dedicated three-TV gaming wall with PlayStation 5 and Nintendo Switch, a poker table, shuffleboard, Sonos sound, and a must-see football feature wall with a massive 75-inch TV.

Your stay also includes access to Smith Creek Resort amenities 🌊, including a seasonal waterpark with a lazy river, infinity pool, splash pad, and two hot tubs. Guests can also enjoy mini golf, pickleball, an outdoor movie theater with a massive 25-foot screen, pool tables, ping pong, cornhole, a cabana, and a secluded quiet lounge.

🌊 RESORT SCHEDULE

Peak Season: March–October

• April–August: Daily from 10 AM to 10 PM
• March, September, and October: Sunday–Thursday from 10 AM to 8 PM; Friday and Saturday from 10 AM to 10 PM
• Outdoor water amenities are scheduled to be open and heated.

Holiday Season: November–December

• Friday–Sunday from 10 AM to 8 PM
• Water features may open when Thursday temperatures exceed 60°F and the forecast remains favorable.
• Water features may close during colder weather.

Winter Closure: January 1–February 28

• The waterpark and most seasonal resort amenities are closed.

Open Year-Round

• Pickleball, accessed through the exterior gate
• Mini golf with self-serve putters and balls
• Outdoor movies on Friday and Saturday beginning at 7 PM, plus additional holiday showings when weather permits

🏆 THE FINER POINTS

Next Play Clubhouse is located on the flatter side of the community, with an easy, short, and level walk to the resort pool. This is especially convenient for families with young children and guests of all ages.

This isn’t meant to be training camp—there’s no need to walk up and down the hill!

The front deck looks toward the resort pool area, making it easy to check the activity and weather before your team heads over for the day.

While many cabins look directly toward neighboring properties, our backyard faces a seasonal creek and natural open space, providing an added sense of peace and privacy.

Some nearby cabins place their BBQs in the front yard near parked cars, while others provide only a standard grill on a balcony. At Next Play Clubhouse, we created a built-in BBQ with ample countertop space as part of a true outdoor cooking and gathering area.

Traveling light? An optional recreation package—including an ice chest, a BOGG Bag, and four lawn chairs—may be reserved in advance for an additional fee, subject to availability.

We can’t make the choice for you, but these are the finer points that made this Clubhouse the right choice for our family—and we think you’ll appreciate them too.

It’s not that the other cabins aren’t amazing—but hey, someone has to come in first.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

🚭 SMOKE-FREE PROPERTY

Next Play Clubhouse is completely smoke-free. Smoking or vaping of any kind—including cigarettes, cigars, marijuana, and e-cigarettes—is prohibited inside the cabin, around the indoor pool, on decks, and throughout the private backyard.

This policy protects our guests, neighbors, and property. Evidence of smoking may result in additional cleaning or damage charges.

🚧 NEARBY CONSTRUCTION

Next Play Clubhouse is located in a brand-new section of the resort, and a few neighboring cabins may still be under construction. Some daytime construction activity or noise is possible.

Our cabin, private backyard, and private amenities are fully completed and ready for your enjoyment. Introductory pricing may reflect the ongoing development nearby.

🌊 WATERPARK AVAILABILITY
Resort waterpark access is seasonal and weather-dependent. Please review the complete schedule under Guest access when planning your visit.

🧴 STARTER SUPPLIES
We provide a starter supply of toiletries, paper products, trash bags, laundry essentials, and basic kitchen supplies. Guests staying for several days may need to purchase or bring additional supplies.

🌙 QUIET HOURS
Resort quiet hours are from 11 PM to 7 AM.
